Why a Test-based Programme?
My test-based approach offers a personalised pathway to achieving your health goals. But how does it work?
Initial Consultation
We start with a discussion about your objectives and health concerns. I will select the right at-home blood tests tailored to you. You'll receive the kit, complete it at home, and return it.
Testing Analysis
Once we have your test results, I will analyse them and we will kick off a personalised nutrition programme that alignes with your body's needs.
Progress Tracking (12-week programme)
For 12-week programmes, we can order a follow-up test at the end to analyse your health improvements.
Why a Clinical Nutritionist?
A clinical nutritionist has a medical background and a scientific understanding of the human body and its response to food. This expertise enables clinical nutritionists to develop nutrition programs that are more impactful, safer, and more sustainable in the long term.
As a clinical nutritionist I can work in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases and conditions leveraging the power of nutrition. Instead of being insolated to prevention, a clinical nutritionist can help patients improve their nutrition at all stages of their health and medical journey. This is achieved based on a host of data points such as family and medical history, lifestyle, medical testing, and underlying conditions.
Anna, your Clinical Nutritionist & Partner in Health
Nutrition changed my life when I finally got diagnosed with coeliac disease and was able to live a normal life thanks to changes in my diet. After this, I decided to dedicate my life to helping as many people as possible feel happy and healthy through improved nutrition.
To do so, I completed extensive studies in the field of medicine and nutrition, including a BSc in Nutritional Sciences and a MSc in Clinical Nutrition.
I am Norwegian, grew up in France and am currently based in London, Notting Hill. I am a Nutrition Team Leader at a Metabolic Health Center in Somerset. I worked for several years as a Nutrition Consultant to Celebrity Nutritionist Berit Nordstrand in Norway and as a Clinical Nutritionist at Leeds Teaching Hospital, NHS Trust.
